Top scores in the CHE Ranking of master’s programmes in mathematics for internationalisation

Die Mathematik und Informatik haben in ihren Master-Studiengängen Spitzenwerte im CHE-Ranking 2018 erzielt.
Bezogen auf die Internationalisierung erzielte die Universität mit beiden Studiengängen sehr gute Ergebnisse. Das Mathematische Institut unterstützt neben weiteren europäischen Partnerschaften speziell enge Kooperationen mit den Universitäten Padua 1 und Stockholm 1 sowie mit der Universität Newcastle 1 in Australien. Das CHE-Ranking zeigt zudem, dass die Master-Studiengängen der Mathematik bundesweit an der Spitze liegen, wenn es um den zügigen Abschluss des Studiums geht.

In the new CHE-Ranking 2018 of master’s degree programmes in the study of mathematics and computer science, the University of Bayreuth has achieved impressive results. In terms of internationalisation, the University achieved very good results with both degree programmes. In addition to other European partnerships, the Department of Mathematics has close cooperations with the University of Padua and Stockholm University as well as with The University of Newcastle in Australia. The CHE ranking also shows that the master’s programmes in mathematics are among the best in Germany when it comes to the rapid completion of the degree.
