Teaching and learning maths at university is often different from what you know from maths school classes. To prepare you for new challenges and make the transition from school to university easier, the University of Bayreuth is offering a mathematics pre-course from 29 September to 10 October 2025. In the pre-course, you will get to know new subject areas (e.g. logic), practise typical mathematical working methods, acquire important learning strategies and get to know your fellow students.
